The headline is the big text on your web page. It is the “H1″ tag, if you look at the code for your page. Your page should have only one big headline, and your keyword should be in it.

4. Include similar keywords on your web page.

Some folks call this semantic indexing, but you can ignore those big words, and simply write meaningful stuff on your page, and you will have related words that tell the search engines that this is stuff that humans should see.

5. Remove code from the top of your html.

Get the programming mumbo jumbo out of your html files, and put it in another file. Things like javascript and “css” mess up the search engine spiders that come and index your pages, so put that stuff on other files, and include it in one small line of code. 6. Put the full link to your internal HTML pages.

This means instead of linking to flowers.html, you should link to http://www.yoursite.com/flowers.html. This makes the search engines visit your other pages, and list them in their results.

7. Maintain your site.

By keeping things new on your website, it means you have active dynamic content, which the search engines love. So keep things maintained and updated, and your rankings in the “SERPS” will rise steadily.

In a study titled ‘Potential of traditional Ayurvedic formulation, Triphala, as a novel anticancer drug’ published in the January 2006 issue of Cancer Letters, scientists at the Radiation Biology and Health Sciences Division, Bhadha Atomic Research Center in Mumbai found that Triphala had the ability to induce cytotoxicity (cell death) in tumor cells but spared the normal cells.

I have been using triphala regularly for many years personally and in my practice at the Ayurveda Health Retreat. There are no long term studies that make any ill affects known. The dosage is to 1 teaspoon with water at bed time or 2-3 500 mg tablets. You may take it safely for 6 months, then give yourself a few weeks off and resume again. It is contraindicated during pregnancy and is not to be taken along with psyllium husks or with strong laxative herbs like senna leaf.
